These services:
• Are not psychotherapy

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformations.
By purchasing services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Deep Dive Satisfaction Policy
All programs begin with a Deep Dive session, which serves as the initial intake and first session of your engagement.
If, at the conclusion of the Deep Dive session, you decide not to continue working together, you must notify the Company before the session concludes.
If you do so, you will receive a 100% refund of any fees paid toward the program.
Once the Deep Dive session has concluded and you elect to continue, all payments become non-refundable.
4. Payment Terms & Payment Plans
Programs may be paid in full or through an agreed-upon installment plan.
Payment plans are a courtesy to allow budgeting flexibility and do not alter the total contract amount owed.
Once the Deep Dive session has concluded and you choose to continue, you remain responsible for the full program fee, including all remaining installment payments.
Failure to complete installment payments does not terminate your contractual obligation.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Coaching sessions require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
RTT sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, at the Company’s discretion.
